roadmap / live build

Build the launch layer.
one milestone at a time.

A practical 30-day map for the launchpad and its first graduated token: FUN.

live snapshot

FUN graduated at its 1,000 USDC target. Three WLD launches are still building toward their own 2,000 WLD targets.

What this means
01

Early demand is concentrated in one proof point: FUN.

02

The WLD queue is healthy, but only 10.77% funded as a group.

03

The next bottleneck is trust and time-to-graduate, not more token pages.

Planning ranges, not promises. USDC and WLD are tracked separately.

30-day operating map

Make the first win repeatable.

Every stage has an exit signal. If it is not measurable, it is not a milestone.

01now → day 1

Stabilize the rails

Close the graduation loop, surface honest status and make wallet actions recoverable when a transaction is delayed.

Exit signal: no orphaned graduation state; wallet and indexer agree on the same status.

02days 2–3

Start the creator flywheel

Make the path from idea to token feel short, legible and worth sharing without adding complexity before the core loop is stable.

Exit signal: 6–10 total launches with complete metadata and a clear creator handoff.

03days 4–7

Turn attention into liquidity

Improve holder clarity, graduation visibility and post-launch trading so the market can price tokens without guessing what happened.

Exit signal: 10–18 launches; 2–4 graduated tokens is a planning range, not a promise.
depth · holder clarity · recovery paths
04days 8–14

Give FUN a community layer

Use FUN as the shared story of the platform: changelogs, holder feedback and a transparent reward design before any distribution begins.

Exit signal: reward rules published, abuse cases tested and community feedback loop running.
holder utility · quests · public changelog
05days 15–30

Scale with brakes

Grow the launch surface only as fast as monitoring, support and liquidity explanations can keep up.

Exit signal: 30–50 launches, repeat creators and a visible dashboard for time-to-graduate and support load.
analytics · monitoring · creator retention
FUN / economic guardrails

Simple rules make a playful market safer.

01 / supply

100M is the ceiling

FUN starts with a fixed 100,000,000 supply. Burns can reduce it; the launchpad does not need inflation to feel alive.

02 / rails

Two clean targets

USDC and WLD launches are measured on their own rails. No blended headline hides how much real liquidity each queue has.

03 / rewards

Reward with receipts

Holder rewards should follow a published mechanism, sustainable cashflow and anti-abuse checks—not a rushed emission promise.

FUN / mechanics & community

A playful market still needs clear rules.

FUN does not promise returns. We show what can happen on-chain, what is still being built and who is accountable to each community.

01 / burn

Voluntary, irreversible burn

A holder can sign a burn of FUN they own. The contract destroys those tokens, so total supply can only go down; there is no post-launch mint and no automatic burn without consent.

02 / holders

Rewards with public rules

FUN holder rewards will use published snapshots, eligibility criteria, a visible budget and anti-abuse checks. They activate only when the mechanism is sustainable and documented.

03 / creators

Every creator owns their community

Token creators must maintain metadata and links, communicate risks, answer questions, report bugs and publish changes. The launchpad provides infrastructure; the creator owns the community relationship.

The launchpad social contract
FUN: protocol, support and a public changelog.Creators: context, moderation and communication for their token.Holders: review data, sign consciously and report errors.

No reward is guaranteed yield. Every burn or distribution requires an explicit action and a visible rule.
